购买后即刻开通访问权限，因此所有产品均不支持退货或退款。

付费社群访问

由于上述内容均属即时交付的数字服务，一旦购买即视为已履行服务，因此：

不支持退货
不支持退款
不支持任何形式的部分退款或换货

即使您尚未使用内容，只要访问权限已被开通，即视为服务已交付。

二、何谓“服务已交付”｜What Counts as Delivery of Service

以下行为将被视为“服务已交付”并记录为凭证：

登录账户（Login Activity）
访问课程页面（Course Access Logs）
打开任意视频（Video Play Logs / Vimeo Analytics）
下载文件（Download History）
浏览会员专区（Member-only Area Access）

只要出现上述任意行为，即代表您已开始使用服务，订单将无法取消或退款。

三、特殊情况｜Exceptional Circumstances

除非因平台技术问题导致服务完全无法访问，网站不提供退费处理。

Our products and services consist of online courses, membership subscriptions, digital content, data materials, and electronic files, all of which are non-returnable digital goods.

Access is granted immediately upon purchase; therefore all sales are final and non-refundable.

Paid community access

Because these are instantly delivered digital services:

No returns
No refunds
No exchanges

Even if unused, once access is granted, the service is considered delivered.

2. What Counts as Delivery of Service

The following actions constitute full delivery and usage of the service:

Logging into your account
Accessing course pages
Viewing videos (Vimeo Analytics)
Downloading files
Accessing member-only areas

Any of these actions means the service has been consumed and the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are NOT provided except in cases of technical errors that prevent access.
